These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of zoebeat ("the Service"), an invitation-only music service for Christian music operated by Muvy AS ("we", "us", "Zoebeat"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Zoebeat is a digital listening service for Christian music and spiritual content. Access is by invitation. The Service includes audio playback, playlist creation, content discovery and — for approved content creators ("creators") — uploading and publishing of their own material.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. We recommend strong passwords and that you notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You agree to provide accurate information at registration and keep your profile up to date.
The Service is for personal, non-commercial listening and, where applicable, publishing your own content as a creator. The following is prohibited:
Downloading, copying, distributing, broadcasting, renting out or publicly performing content from the Service beyond what is expressly permitted in the Service or by copyright law.
Circumventing technical protection measures, reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code.
Using automated tools (scrapers, bots) to retrieve content or load the Service.
Uploading content that infringes third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, privacy or rights of publicity.
Publishing unlawful, discriminatory, threatening or harmful content.
If you are an approved creator and upload content, you warrant that you own or have secured all rights necessary, including copyright, performance rights and any neighbouring rights.
You retain copyright to your original content. By uploading, you grant Zoebeat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, stream, index and make available the content to users of the Service, for as long as your account is active or the content is published in the Service.

You may delete your account at any time via the Service or by contacting us. Personal data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account for material breach of these Terms or for use that harms the Service or other users, with or without notice. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to permanent revocation of access.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Within the limits of applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including uninterrupted availability, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the content in the Service is always complete, current or error-free.
The Service is provided free of charge, on a voluntary, non-commercial basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zoebeat and Muvy AS disclaim all liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data, profits or goodwill. We provide no compensation, refunds or other financial remedy.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Norwegian law.
We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, Oslo District Court is agreed as venue in the first instance.
Consumers always have the right to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence where this follows from mandatory law.
