zoebeat ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what personal data we collect, how it is used, and what rights you have. zoebeat is an invitation-only music service for Christian music.
Account information: email address, display name and password (hashed by our authentication provider).
Date of birth and phone number, which you provide when applying for an account. The date of birth is used only for anonymised age statistics and is never shown to other users.
Profile picture, if you upload one.
Service usage: which tracks you have played, your favourites, playlists you have created, and content you have published as a creator.
Technical information: device type, operating system, app version and IP address — used for security and troubleshooting.
Product analytics via PostHog: anonymised behaviour such as which screens you visit and which features you use. We use this only to improve the service.
To deliver the service — authentication, playback, recommendations, playlists and publishing.

We never sell your personal data. We share only with the following data processors required to operate the service:
Supabase (Frankfurt, EU) — database, authentication and file storage.
Vercel (EU/US) — website and API hosting.
PostHog (EU) — product analytics.
Data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. You may also request data portability or withdraw consent to processing.
